About
Saburoutei (三狼亭) is a small hideaway eatery in Chichibu that opens only about one weekend a month.
We serve hearty Japanese set meals and rice bowls — our signatures are the miso pork rice bowl and the grilled lamb set. Whisky and mead are also on the menu.
Opening days are irregular and announced on our schedule page (Japanese) and social media. If you find us open, it must be fate.
