About
Saburoutei (三狼亭) is a small hideaway eatery in Chichibu that opens only about one weekend a month.
By day we serve hearty set meals and rice bowls; as the evening deepens, the counter becomes an izakaya and whisky bar, with ramen to finish the night.
Opening days are irregular and announced on our schedule page (Japanese) and social media. If you find us open, it must be fate.
